Fariba and Peyman, Sarah’s old friends, surprise her and invite her to a party at their house. Her going to the party and a not-so-short meeting with old friends is a good starting point for a suspenseful melodrama.

The casting of the film 6 AM is one of the notable points of this work. Mehran Modiri has tried to create a new combination in this film by choosing different actors, far from his usual faces.

About a decade ago, Madiri made the movie Five O’Clock Starring Siamak Ansari, which was a different comedy and falls into the black comedy genre. Now, after years of working in different mediums, Madiri is once again sitting in the director’s chair behind and in front of the camera.

To give Sara an additional layer as the protagonist, he has also created a story centered around her and her old love Nima, which stops in the first act and does not move forward as the story progresses. The part about the party, which seems long, is mediocre and does not have much of a highlight.

The hero’s encounter with a major obstacle is a classic idea for advancing the story in the second act, which Madari also follows and places Sarah in a special situation. While every moment is getting closer to the time of flight and the tension is also rising.
